Potential homebuyers can use the app to locate nearby communities and look up details such as available homes or driving directions.  Using GPS technology, the app can also alert users when they are close to an Ashton Woods Homes community.  This geofence technology can be customized, allowing homebuyers to receive notifications anywhere from one to 100 miles away from the nearest neighborhood.

The Ashton Woods Homes app also includes a built-in mortgage calculator.  Users enter a few details – income, expenses, mortgage terms, etc. – and receive an estimate of the monthly payment and recommended loan amount.
